Sledding

People sleddingWhen our guests see the sled hill at Rolling Hills for the first time their reactions vary, but the “wow” factor is pretty significant. It’s that good.

The sled hill is 275 feet in length with a large flat area at the bottom and fenced return paths on either side so you can safely climb the hill and ride again.  The 70 foot width at the top of the hill is wide enough to spread out and accommodate various levels of thrill seekers.

Sledders at the end of the rideThe sled hill is located behind the Lodge building at the end of the main park road. There is plenty of paved parking, permanent restrooms, and a warming space with a gas fireplace.  Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you if you need to rent inner tubes or toboggans for a nominal fee.  For additional information, call the park office at 734-484-9676
