Dr. Constance Doyle is currently the Deputy EMS Director for the Washtenaw/Livingston Medical Control Authority and is an Attending Physician at the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Emergency Department. She also represents the Medical Control Board at the Region 2 South Medical Biodefense Network. She is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Life Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
As a Staff Physician of Mi-1 DMAT, she served at Ground Zero in September 2001 and in Florida for Hurricane Frances in 2004 and at Hurricane Katrina in 2005. She is active in disaster planning at the local, county, state and national level.
