Washtenaw County LBPD needs your help to identify and inform local library patrons about the free services that are available to individuals who cannot read normal print due to a physical disability. We hope you will attend this informative workshop!

Margaret Wolfe will describe the free library services available through the
national network of libraries for the blind and physically handicapped and
local services and programs unique to the Washtenaw County Library for the
Blind and Physically Disabled.
11:00am - 11:30am
Lisa Marchione will talk about services available through the Michigan
Commission for the Blind, show the American Foundation for the Blind video
What Do You Do When You See a Blind Person, do role playing, and
answer questions.
11:30am - Noon
Nick Wilcox will give a demonstration of adaptive technology in the LBPD's
Technology Training and Resource Display Area.
