Organization
Director of Technology and Operations
Under general supervision, provides long-term architectural strategy and
operational direction for planning, designing, implementing and maintaining
the organization’s information technology infrastructure. Works with
internal departments/units to identify opportunities to improve and refine
services to meet their needs. Dale Vanderford is the Director
of Technology and Operations.
Manager of Technology
Under general supervision, participates and/or is responsible for the
long-term applications strategy and execution for training and End-User
support. Manages and participates in effort to analyze and tailor
application software to meet business needs and initiatives. Uma Harithsa is the Manager of
Technology.
Web Lead Manager Responsible for ongoing oversight of web strategy and operations. Serves as project manager of the development team responsible for planning, developing and deploying web sites including preparation of text, graphics, audio, and video for web pages. Works closely with the Knowledge Manager to coordinate direction and activities so that the right information is available at the right time, in the right format. Works directly with Knowledge Manager, partners and business users to determine project scope and specifications. Reviews progress, manages resources, and ensures overall quality of completed website. Brenda Kerr is the Web Lead Manager.
Knowledge Manager
Under the direction of the IT Director and with close interaction
with the Web Lead/Manager, supports knowledge creation through development
and management of information processes, technology resources and
infrastructure for the County. Is responsible for the departmental content
for the County's website to support information access and knowledge
acquisition for the public and for the County staff. Is
responsible for the operation of the County’s internal/external help
desk. Provides tools and resources and processes to support
desired organization culture and intellectual capital development. Andy Brush is the Knowledge
Manager.
Chief Project Coordinator
Provides day to day oversight of IT projects. The Chief Project
Coordinator works directly with the IT leadership team and IT project
managers to ensure that projects work is completed on time, on budget and
with high customer satisfaction. James McFarlane is the
Chief Project Coordinator.
