STATUS: Parks Seasonal (3-6 Months)
SALARY RANGE $8.15- $8.65/hr
Eligible for $0.25/hr bonus upon completion of criteria

JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the supervision of a higher classified employee, this position involves assisting patrons using the lazy river, waterslides, and spray ground, enforcing park rules and performs janitorial maintenance. Assists in pre-season start-up and post-season shut-down activities, assists guests entering and exiting the lazy river, entering the top of the waterslides, monitors play activity on the spray ground, enforces park rules, collects water tubes, performs janitorial duties in locker rooms and pool deck area, and performs other duties as assigned. Operating season is Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Reports to Water Park Assistant Manager or higher authority.

EDUCATION: Possession of high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: This is an entry-level position; experience is not required but is preferred.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: Must possess a valid driver’s license and/or have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to interact pleasantly with general public and co-workers. Must have strong communication skills and customer service philosophy. Typical work schedule includes one weekend and four weekday shifts including evenings and holidays.
