JOB SUMMARY: Position involves shift supervision of a seasonal (Memorial Day through Labor Day) food service facility, includes pre-season and post-season functions, staff supervision, food preparation, and customer service. Reports to Food Service Manager.

EDUCATION: High school graduation required. College course work preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Three (3) months experience in food service industry. Demonstrated management experience.

REQUIREMENTS: Must have working knowledge of point of sale system, making change, and completing reports. Must be able to motivate and lead a team of young adults to provide high quality service. Must be able to interact politely with the general public. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site. Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Typical work schedule includes four weekday shifts and one weekend shift. Strong communication skills and customer service philosophy.
