This application package applies only to applicants at the Ypsilanti Head Start location. If you are interested in applying to a different Head Start location, you must inquire at that respective Head Start location. Please complete the application package (including all the below forms) and bring all the required documents for enrollment (we may waive this requirement under certain circumstances).
