Organization

Facilities Management is comprised of four main divisions:
  • Building Operations and Maintenance
  • Capital Project Management
  • Capital Asset Management
  • Design and Construction

Major Activities

Operations and Management:
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all County facilities, totaling over 600,000 sq. ft. of office space. Also responsible for care of associated grounds, totaling nearly 60 acres of property.

Design and Construction:
Responsible for planning and implementing renovation and new construction projects. Administration of architectural and engineering design services. Construction management and financial managment of County projects to insure on time and on budget project delivery. Coordination with end users from conception through move in.
