Facilities Management is comprised of four main divisions:- Operations and Maintenance
- Design and Construction
- Fleet Services
- General Services
Major Activities
Operations and Management:
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all County facilities, totaling over 600,000 sq. ft. of office space. Also responsible for care of associated grounds, totaling nearly 60 acres of property.
Design and Construction:
Responsible for planning and implementing renovation and new construction projects. Administration of architectural and engineering design services. Construction management and financial managment of County projects to insure on time and on budget project delivery. Coordination with end users from conception through move in.
Fleet Services:
Fleet Services is responsible for all aspects of County vehicles, from the acquisition of vehicles through sales and disposal of vehicles. The primary mission of Fleet Services is cost effective maintenance and repair of the County vehicles to ensure safe operation.
