Hi, I'm Maggie, and I have been a Program Coordinator with Washtenaw 4-H since May of 2013! However, the real start of my 4-H involvement was in 2007, when I first found out about 4-H and joined a local club as a teen member--I'm an alumna of the Washtenaw 4-H Program! I didn't know what 4-H was before that, so now a major passion of mine is spreading the word about 4-H and what a wonderful organization it is. I was born and raised in Ann Arbor and still live here to this day. In my spare time, I enjoy riding horses, playing games (board, card, trivia), learning about the history of languages and linguistics, and cuddling with all of the cats and goats in the world.

Schedule: My hours are split between Washtenaw and Lenawee. I am often, but not always, in Washtenaw County on Tuesdays and Thursdays and some Mondays. If you would like to meet with me, please call or email me to set up a time so I can make sure we catch each other!

Responsibilities: I coordinate the Volunteer Selection Process, help volunteers start new clubs, and coordinate/oversee non-animal programs, including, but not limited to, Cloverbud Camp, Still Projects Committee, still judging at the Youth Show, educational workshops, Junior Master Gardener, State Awards, China Art Program, etc.

Direct Line: 734-222-3815

Schedule: I am here most days Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with a break from 12:30-1:30 PM for lunch.

Responsibilities: If you would like to register for a local or state event, contact me! I coordinate all registration and sign-up for workshops, programs, conferences, etc. Not sure of who you need to talk to about a question or issue? I can help you out with that, too. As the first person everyone sees when they come into the office, I know almost everybody! I can also help you find the right educational resources for use in your 4-H club or program.
