Our Vision

etcs will be an agent for positive change that works to reduce unemployment, increase self-sufficiency, and  improve economic and community development within Washtenaw County.

Business Services provides Human Resources support to employers of all sizes to recruit and retain high quality employees.  Partnering with economic development, education, and training organizations, Business Services is the lead workforce development agency in the community. Our team of highly trained professionals helps organizations grow, expand, or sustain their business.

  Washtenaw County Michigan Works! offers a comprehensive array of services designed to support individuals in making smooth job and career transitions throughout their lifetime.  Programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of participants, whether youth (ages 14 to 21), adults seeking entry level employment opportunities, or experienced workers transitioning from one job or industry to another.
