Community Services
etcs serves as the Community Action Agency for Washtenaw County. Community Action programs are designed to help people to help themselves in achieving self-sufficiency. These programs address a wide range of needs - including medical insurance, weatherization assistance, senior nutrition, senior volunteer opportunities, food and other emergency assistance.
