Weatherization

We provide energy saving repairs, which may include but are not limited to:
          - Insulation in the attic, walls, and crawl-spaces
          - Furnace and water heater inspections and repairs
          - Caulking around drafty windows and doors
          - Inspections and replacements for inefficient refrigerators
          - Weather-stripping around doors and attic accesses

• Citizenship/Alien Status Agreement (needed for homeowners and for renters)

• Landlord Application Form & Tenant Form (both forms needed for renters only)

Washtenaw County Weatherization received an additional $4.2 million for weatherization services from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
