Boards
etcs is the department of Washtenaw County government that is charged with responsibility for the employment and training and community action programs.
Employment and training programs are focused on assisting residents find a job as well as providing information about education and training. Etcs assists employers with their human resources needs as well. This ranges from assisting in the recruitment of applicants for jobs to the development of training programs.
etcs work is guided by several county-wide boards. etcs

Foster Grandparent Program Advisory Group
etcs is spearheading two significant county wide initiatives: MEGA-P an economic development, workforce development and education initiative and Commitment to Change (C2C) a faith-based and community organization effort.
