Sustainable Business Practices
As a clothing and housewares re-sale consignment
store. nothing is thrown away. Bags are recycled and unsold clothing
is donated to charity. We never buy new bags or hangers, they are all
reused or donated. We were green when green wasnt even heard of! We find a
suitabale home for everything that is not sold. We keep the temperature
cool in the winter, and warm in the summer and have a regular recyle person
who comes weekly to distrubute what is not usuable or sellable. We also
save energy with compact fluorescent bulbs and electronic
ballasts.
