Sustainable Business Practices
Our office has gone from using paper charts to being about
50-75% paperless. We are a medical office and all our charts are
electronic. We also use email for 90% of our communication and patients are
able to register and fill out forms online when possible, saving paper. We
also brought in containers for plastic and glass recycling. We have all our
toner cartridges refilled and we recycle all our old batteries. We are
currently in the process of creating a "green" committee that will discuss
additional ways to make our office environmentally friendly.
