Business Overview

Bombadills Caf is an owner operated coffee and sandwich shop built on a sustainability model for business. We feature an incredibly varied menu focused on health and flavor. All of our lunch menu items and several of our early morning choices are made by hand in the Caf. Our produce and sandwich breads come from the Ypsilanti Food Co-op and are as fresh and organic as we can make them. Our coffee comes from a variety of roasters giving us flexibility, diversity and outstanding quality.

Sustainable Practices

We are a small, independent, locally focused business. When we look at purchasing anything for out cafe, we rigorousy attempt to find a local supplier as a preferred vendor. We attempt to purchase items that must be packaged/shipped with a minimum of 35% post-consumer content recycling. As a local business, we strive for setting a noticeable, sustainable model for our community.
