Business Overview

We’re Experienced.

We opened our shop in 1993. You don’t have that kind of longevity unless you know what you’re doing—and we do. Fresh design and compelling writing matter, of course, but the real secret to our success is our steadfast dedication to our clients. We are responsive, accountable and detail oriented. We follow through on time, every time.

We Collaborate.

We work with you, not for you. We consider ourselves your partners. We listen—intently. Then, with a thorough understanding of your needs, we deliver. And we’re fun to work with, too (hey, if we don’t tell you, who will?). We’ve built many long-term, satisfying relationships with our clients over the years. We’d welcome the chance to do the same with you.

We’re Smart.

The myriad of communication tools today can be overwhelming. Keeping culturally current helps us distinguish hip from hype, and that awareness informs our work. Let us help you choose the right solutions to convey your message, using our knowledge of industry resources, trends and technology.

We Care.

We make it our business to learn your business, inside and out. We also know the importance of making every dollar count. We deliver unique solutions that give you a big-budget look without big-agency expense.

We Get Results.

We know because our clients tell us—all the time.

We Give Back.

We are grateful to be a part of the Ann Arbor community. It enriches our lives in ways too varied to enumerate. That’s why we donate our time and talents to local non-profits we believe in. Recent recipients include:

Project Grow Community Gardens
The Michigan Theater
Mosaic Feline Refuge

Sustainable Business Practices

InPrint, Inc. specializes in creating well-designed, sophisticated communications materials. They work in partnership with their clients to not only fulfill their communication needs, but also to enhance their image. Since 1993, they have been committed to reducing the waste their office generates by implementing a comprehensive recycling and reuse program. They recycle cans, scrap metal, mixed paper, glass, computers, cardboard and plastic. They reuse folders, envelopes, packing materials and dishware. If their regular recycling service does not pickup their items, they deliver them to the Chelsea material recycling facility. They are also conscious of the energy they are using by enabling ENERGY STAR features on office equipment and employing temperature control measures when the office is unoccupied.
