Report a Foodborne Illness

If you believe you have gotten sick from food you ate at a restaurant or grocery store in Washtenaw County, you can report it to one of the following:

• Call Washtenaw County Planning & Environment at (734) 222-3800.
• Go to www.reportfoodpoisoning.com

You will need to give specific information about the suspected foods that made you sick, as well as when your symptoms began, and what they were.  In addition, you will need to give a 3-day food eating history.
