Note: Staff are on call seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

County Offices will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

  • New Years Day - Thursday -- January 1, 2009
  • Martin Luther King Birthday - Monday -- January 19, 2009
  • Presidents Day - Monday -- February 16, 2009
  • Memorial Day - Monday -- May 25, 2009
  • July 4th (observed) - Friday -- July 3, 2009
  • Labor Day - Monday -- September 7, 2009
  • Columbus Day - Monday -- October 12, 2009
  • Veterans Day - Wednesday -- November 11, 2009
  • Thanksgiving Day -Thursday -- November 26, 2009
  • Day after Thanksgiving - Friday -- November 27, 2009
  • Christmas Eve - Thursday -- December 24, 2009
  • Christmas Day - Friday -- December 25, 2009
  • New Years Eve -- Thursday -- December 31, 2009

The day off before New Years Day and Christmas Day applies only when 12/25 and 1/1 normally fall on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

Should a holiday fall on Saturday, Friday shall be considered the holiday. Should a holiday fall on Sunday, Monday shall be considered the holiday. Employees will be paid their current rate based on their regular scheduled workdays for holidays.
