Community Mental Health seeks to improve quality of life and increase personal fulfillment for all of our community members, particularly during challenging times, including crisis, and for those that may be dealing with ongoing conditions.

Service information and crisis services and supports are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. 

To Receive Services, call Access at 734-544-3050 or 1-800-440-7548 at any time.

A trained professional will assist you with connecting to services and supports that will best meet your needs and can immediately link individuals to a mobile crisis team for supports and intervention, 24/7.  If Washtenaw County Community Mental Health outpatient services appear to be the best fit for starting you on a path to meeting your personal goals, our trained professionals can set up an eligibility determination appointment or connect you to a resource in the community that might better meet your needs.

Washtenaw County Community Mental Health is eligibility based and required to prioritize those individuals with Medicaid or those individual’s with any funding source who have urgent or emergent needs.
