Washtenaw Urban County

The “Urban County” is a partnership between the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners and the townships and cities who have agreed to participate in the Federal Community Development Block Grant program. Federal regulations require membership by each jurisdiction wishing to offer CDBG-funded services for their income-eligible residents. At this time, the following Townships and the City of Ypsilanti have agreed to participate:
