The Office of Community Development is currently working on the following projects:

• Request for Proposals
  Housing Needs Assessment Deadline January 31, 2005
  Affordable Housing Development in City of Ann Arbor (open)
  Rehabilitation and Public Facility & Improvements in City of Ann Arbor (open)
  
• Neighborhood Revitalization
  There are currently four Public Improvement Projects in process that are made possible through CDBG funding:
       Salem Township - side walk improvements
       Ypsilanti Township Park Improvements -  Lakeside Park, Sugarbrook Park, West Williow Park
