Both the City of Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County must publish and submit reports to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regarding the use of Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds. Annual and Five Year Consolidated Strategy and Plans for the use of funds and Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Reports (CAPER) describe the annual program outcomes and beneficiaries are available via the links below.
