Housing Rehabilitation Program

The Office of Community Development assists low- to moderate- income homeowners with needed home repairs and improvements to eliminate code violations, increase safety, and lower energy costs.

To be eligibile for the program, the home must be located within the City of Ann Arbor or the Washtenaw Urban County Area.  To request an application, please call the Office of Community Development at (734)622-9025 or send an e-mail to ingramd@ewashtenaw.org
