The Office of Community Development contracts with nonprofit organizations to provide human services to benefit low income residents.  Contracts are awarded annually through Request for Proposals issued each February for the following fiscal year.
 
The OCD also administers the Housing Rehabilitation Program and contracts with professional builders, plumbers, electricians and painters to provide needed maintenance and repairs to low income homeowners.
