The City of Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County Office of Community Development gives notice that it has completed the HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Programs Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2008-09 Program Year. The CAPER is available to the public for review on September 15, 2009 at 8:00 am. The document will be available for review for a minimum 15 day public comment period with written comments to be submitted to the Office of Community Development by September 30, 2009 at 9 am. The document will be available at the Office of Community Development, 110 N Fourth Avenue, Suite 300 and on its website at http://www.ewashtenaw.org/government/departments/community_development/
