The Coordinating Council provides coordination and

consensus. The Council has two Co-Chair persons that are appointed by
the Council participants.
Responsibilities of the Council

CCWC) in achieving their work plan objectives in order to identify and
remove systems barriers to effective service delivery and enhance

initiatives based upon emerging community needs. Maintain
communication with the Funder's Committee on emerging needs and the results
of the round table discussions and workgroups.
