The Health Improvement Plan (HIP) is an on-going partnership, led by Washtenaw County Public Health, that includes health systems, community agencies, coalitions and individuals who are working together to improve the health of Washtenaw County residents. In 1995, the HIP Community Health Committee (CHC) established critical health priorities and objectives for the year 2005.
