Below are links to the agreements for membership in the Barrier Buster Network and for access to the Emergency Unmet Needs Fund (BBUNF).  For more information, please contact the Barrier Busters Coordinator at (734)622-9007.

Please note that these forms will be updated for 2010.

• Membership to the Barrier Buster Network (required)
• Emergency Unmet Needs Fund Agreement Form (required only if agency anticipates requesting emergency funds on behalf of individuals)
