Facilitation

Wide range of facilitation from broad community involvement to issue specific task forces. Services include identification of stakeholders, issues and opportunities, meeting facilitation including preparing meeting agendas and meeting facilitation through a variety of techniques, reporting results and providing recommendations for follow up actions.

Program Development

Clarifying objectives and desired outcomes, drafting scopes of work including  budgets, metrics and timeframes, identifying and engaging of the best person or agency to perform individual tasks and stakeholders and delivering finished program proposals with a detailed implementation plan.  

Research and Analysis

Comprehensive and timely research and analysis using best practices, case studies and extensive network of practicing professionals, delivering products in a format that engages people and meets the information needs of approving authorities.

Historic Resource Assessment and Tax Incentives

Technical assistance to establish local historic districts, perform historic resource analysis required for State and Federal review processes, and assist property owners in securing state and federal historic tax credits for building rehabilitation.

Strategic Planning 

Assisting organizations in defining its overall mission, direction and allocation of its resources to pursue strategic outcomes. Services include broad-scale information gathering, facilitating input from divergent interests and values, exploration of alternatives and outcomes with an emphasis on specific actions to take and metrics.
