Comprehensive and timely research and analysis using best practices, case studies and extensive network of practicing professionals, delivering products in a format that engages people and meets the information needs of approving authorities.
Historic Resource Assessment and Tax Incentives
Technical assistance to establish local historic districts, perform historic resource analysis required for State and Federal review processes, and assist property owners in securing state and federal historic tax credits for building rehabilitation.
Assisting organizations in defining its overall mission, direction and allocation of its resources to pursue strategic outcomes. Services include broad-scale information gathering, facilitating input from divergent interests and values, exploration of alternatives and outcomes with an emphasis on specific actions to take and metrics.
