Inequality for All, the much anticipated documentary featuring former US Labor Secretary Robert Reich on America’s growing income gap and disappearing middle class receives a special welcome
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 8TH at 7PM at the MICHIGAN THEATER, 603 E. Liberty, in downtown Ann Arbor.

The evening also will offer a distinguished and contrasting panel of experts to discuss the film:

·         Bob King, President, United  Auto Workers

·         Rashida Tlaib, Michigan State Representative

·         Kate Andrias, Professor, University of Michigan Law School & former White House Counsel, Chief of Staff

·         Bob Gillett, Executive Director, Legal Services of South Central Michigan

Directed by Jacob Kornbluth, the documentary distills the effects of America's economic inequality with the help of Reich’s rhetorical style - eschewing the “economic gobbledygook” with a graphical, easily accessible narrative.  Inequality for All won the U. S. Documentary Special Jury Award at the Sundance Film Festival and previews  and reviews of the film have been extremely positive.

Pundits have dubbed it “An Inconvenient Truth” for the US economy.

The evening is locally sponsored by the Michigan Theater Foundation, Michigan Law Public Interest Societies, Legal Services of South Central Michigan, Washtenaw County’s Office of Community & Economic Development and Foy Communications, LLC.

An Afterglow Party/Cash Bar at Sava's Restaurant, 216 S State St, Ann Arbor will follow the panel discussion.

Regular movie-price tickets for this event will be available at the Michigan Theater box office one half hour before the screening.  See the local event Facebook Page for more information, posts & comments.
