To date, the Washtenaw County Brownfield Program has supported redevelopment of 1059 acres of property. Completed and active projects represent $430M of new investment, and the creation/retention of over 3,900 jobs.

Environmental Assessment Grant Program

The WCBRA established a grant program in May 2017 to assist public and private entities with environmental assessments on prospective brownfield properties.

 

Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority 2016-2017 Meetings

Notice is hereby given by the Washtenaw County Office of Community and Economic Development that the regularly scheduled meetings of the Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority will be held on the First Thursday of every month, unless otherwise noted, 9:00 a.m., 200 N. Main, Lower Level Meeting Room, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
