Brownfield Redevelopment Program
To date, the Washtenaw County Brownfield Program has supported redevelopment on nearly 1000 acres of property. Completed and active projects represent over $350M of new investment, and the creation/retention of 3,800 jobs.

Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority 2013 Meetings
Notice is hereby given by the Washtenaw County Office of Community and Economic Development that the regularly scheduled meetings of the Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority will be held on the First Thursday of every month, unless otherwise noted, 9:00 a.m., County Annex Building, 110 N. Fourth Avenue, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 1st Floor, Annex Large Conference Room (Room #101).
