Washtenaw Urban County

The Washtenaw Urban County is a partnership between the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners and the cities, townships and villages who have agreed to jointly participate in federally funded programs.  The governing body of the Washtenaw Urban County is the Washtenaw Urban County Executive Committee (UCEC). The purpose of the UCEC is to prioritize needs, review projects, make funding recommendations to the Washtenaw Board of Commissioners, and to make policies that facilitate Washtenaw County's administration of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) and Emergency Shelter (ESG) programs.
