Contractor Opportunities
OCED offers licensed general and residential contractors an opportunity to become an approved contractor in order to bid on multi-family and single-family rehabilitation projects funded through the department. Only approved contractors may bid on OCED projects. To become an approved bidder, contractors and subcontractors must attend the mandatory OCED contractor training, offered twice a year (subject to change). Contractors and subcontractors must RSVP for the training prior to the deadline. Application packets will be made available only to those contractors and subcontractors present for the training.
