2015 Continuum of Care Funding Application Submission

The Washtenaw County CoC community has been working hard to complete the 2015 CoC Funding Competition process to renew approximately $5 million in CoC funding, as well as apply for $757,633 in new funds. Both parts of the CoC Consolidated Application, the CoC Application (narrative) & Priority Listing (all submitted projects), are shared with the public.
