CMHPSM ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

The CMHPSM is organized through multiple entitites consisting of the WCHO as the "HUB" of the affiliation and each Community Mental Health Service Providers from Lenawee, Livingston and Monroe counties known as the "SPOKES". 

The WCHO Board and Oversight Structure identifies the areas in which the WCHO has oversight responsibiltiy of certain administrative functions.

The CMHPSM also has a variety of Standing Committees and Workgroups charged with
implementing many practices and initiatives across the affiliation.
