Community Mental Health Partnership of Southeastern Michigan

The Community Mental Health Partnership of Southeastern Michigan (CMHPSM) is a collaborative effort between Lenawee , Livingston , Monroe  and Washtenaw   Counties and was established in 2002.  This affiliation is in response to meeting the state requirment of affiliating with other Community Mental Health agencies to provide services to at least 20,000 or more medicaid covered lives.

It is the intention of the CMHPSM to ensure the consistent implementation and management of the services provided to those whom receive our services.  To do so, the Vision, Mission and  Values guide the CMHPSM in this direction through its strategic plan.

Mission:   To provide leadership in the development of integrated care through partnerships with Consumers and the Community to assure consumers achieve their desired outcomes.
