Consumer Information
The Community Mental Health Partnership of Southeastern Michigan (CMHPSM) consisting of Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe and Washtenaw counties are responsible for public Mental Health & Developmental Disability services. Washtenaw county is also responsible for Substance Abuse services for Livingston & Washtenaw Counties.
- Each county has a Customer Services Department and are available to help consumers, family members and the public understand our services. We can help consumers with problems they might have while receiving services.
