Consumer Information

The Community Mental Health Partnership of Southeastern Michigan (CMHPSM) that includes Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe and Washtenaw counties are responsible for public Mental Health & Developmental Disability services.  Washtenaw county is also responsible for public Substance Abuse services for Livingston & Washtenaw Counties.

Each county of the CMHPSM has a Customer/Member Services Department and are available to help consumers, family members and the public understand how the system works.  They can help consumers with problems they might have while receiving services.  In addition, the Customer/Member Services Departments have a Guide to Service that also helps in explaining how the system works.

The CMHPSM Customer/Members Services Departments of each county welcomes suggestions on how services can be done better either through phone calls, e-mails, filling out surveys, town hall meetings, focus groups or Public Hearings.  For more information or questions, feel free to contact the Affiliaiton Customer Service number (877) 779-9707 or the Customer/Member Services Department of the County of interest.
