Performance Improvement Committee (PI)
The Performance Improvement (PI) Committee is comprised of staff members and consumers from each county within the affiliation. These committees are intended to address areas of need through the collection, analysis and reporting of data on various areas of service and operation by all four counties of the affiliation.

The Regional Performance Committee is responsible for the implementation of the system wide Performance Improvement Program. This program is explained in the CMHPSM Performance Improvement Program Description.
