The Regional Finance Team is charged with ensuring the Medicaid and General Fund Budgets of the four counties are allocated according to the federal and state regulations. The chief financial officers of each county meet twice a month to address issues such as setting rates, allocating funds to programs and services along with standardizing practices across the four counties.
