REGIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICES COMMITTEE
The Customer Services Committee (previously Member Services) is made up of employees from throughout the affiliation who have interest in or knowledge of Customer Service functions. Two consumers have also been selected to serve on the committee.
- This committee is charged with development of a regional Member Services Plan which will define the scope of member services, help streamline and regionalize procedures and written materials, identify best practices for implementation, and encourage education, outreach, and community benefit projects.
- Each committee has a work plan that is aligned with the Affiliation.

- In order to address all the items contained in the Charge from the Directors, this committee will receive reports from Grievance and Appeals committee, Regional Consumer Advisory Committee, and the Recipient Rights consortium, when it is developed.
