Clinical Performance Team
The Clinical Performance Team is a cross population group of employees, service recipients, and advocates who together oversee the development, implementation, and effectiveness of all clinical services provided by the four county organizations that form the Southeast Michigan Community Mental Health Service Provider Network – Lenawee County CMHA, Livingston County CMHA, Monroe County CMHA, and Washtenaw Community Support and Treatment Services.
The committee is charged with assuring the delivery of quality services to recipients so as to best support the accomplishment of desired outcomes. It also serves as the regional Improving Practices Leadership Team, charged by the Michigan Department of Community Health to improve the array of available treatment and other services through consideration of evidence-based best, promising, and emerging practices. The Clinical Performance Team strives to do this in a manner that is optimally resource-efficient and clinically effective.
Currently the committee is chaired by Geralyn Harris from Monroe Community Health Authority. She can be reached at (734) 384-8761 or at Gharris@monroecmha.org for more information or questions.
