AFFILIATION EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (AEC)

The Executive Directors and CEO's from each of the counties along with senior staff and WCHO board liaisons meet weekly to further develop the relationship between the four counties.

This committee's operation is based on a consensus building model in order to achieve alignment and support for implementation of evidence based best practices, programs and initiatives.

A strong emphasis on the use of the Learning Organization principles guides the AEC in its consensus building process.  Those principles are...
