Regional Encompass Implementation Committee (EIC)
The Regional Encompass Implementation Committee (EIC) is charged with ensuring that the roll out of the Affiliation electronic clinical record and Information Management System (ENCOMPASS) across the four counties is done in a strategic manner and addresses all the needs of each stakeholder. This committee meets twice a month and members include Information Technology and/or Management employees along with clinical and financial employees. Each committee has a work plan that is aligned with the Affiliation.
