To provide youth with opportunities to be accountable for their decisions, to repair harm caused by their decisions and learn tools that will allow them to think differently when faced with decisions yet to come.
Our VisionTo make a difference in our community by impacting positively on the lives of youth and families we serve.
Our Core Values
*In the intrinsic value of all human beings.
*That all human beings have the ability to make changes for as long as they are alive.
*That we are all responsible for our decisions, and therefore our behavior.
*That action speaks louder than words; therefore, we will role model the behaviors we expect.
*That before a behavior is expected, we must first make sure it has been taught.
*That we can find something worthwhile in every person and situation.
*That to be involved in someone's growth is a noble calling requiring mutual respect in all interactions.
*That how and what we think determines what we do, and that changing thinking can change behavior.
*That people are more important than things.
