WASHTENAW COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners is looking for citizens to volunteer for positions with the Platt Road Site Community Advisory Committee. The Board of Commissioners will make this appointment at their upcoming session on October 16, 2013 at 6:45 p.m. in the Board Room, Administration Building, 220 North Main Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

 

Individuals interested in applying should submit a letter of interest and resume, including a home address, to Peter Simms, County Clerk’s office, P.O. Box 8645, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48107. Letters and resumes may also be submitted via email to simmsp@ewashtenaw.org, via fax (734) 222-6528, or apply online at www.ewashtenaw.org.

 

Those resumes received by October 7, 2013 will be submitted to the Board of Commissioners for its consideration on October 16, 2013. The appointments will be effective as of October 16, 2013. These appointments include:

 

 

Ø  Platt Road Site Community Advisory Committee – The Board of Commissioners is looking to fill two (2) positions representing Residents from Adjacent Neighborhood, three (3) positions representing Residents, one (1) position representing Resident with Real Estate Experience.  The Platt Road Site Community Advisory Committee is responsible for bringing back to the Board of Commissioners an analysis of and recommendation for the Platt Road Site by December 31, 2013.
