A. County Administration

a. 800 MHz Project Oversite Committee request for an Administrative Finding regarding the County’s 9-1-1 service provider

-Making an Administrative Finding that Peninsula Fiber Network, LLC and or its affiliate PFN NextGen 911 Services LLC to be the primary 9-1-1 service supplier for Washtenaw County

-Washtenaw County will be switching 9-1-1 service suppliers from ATT to PFN
 Oakland, Livingston, and Lenawee counties also use PFN for 9-1-1 services
 The Emergency Communications Millage Project Oversight Committee and the Washtenaw County Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP’s) have determined that Peninsula Fiber Network, LLC (PFN) is best suited to design and implement the ESInet in Washtenaw County
 -Implementing an ESInet will allow Washtenaw County to implement Net Generation 911 services, including texting and in the future video calls or photos, automated crash alerts and other enhancements
