A. Land Use & Environment
 1. Office of the Water Resources Commissioner
 a. Upper Stony Creek Planning Project Grant Application
 -Ratifying the signature of the County Administrator on the application
 -To the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality
 -For the period of January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2018
 -To inventory phosphorus pollution sources emanating from Washtenaw County lands within Stony Creek watershed
 -To develop a plan to achieve a phosphorus pollution reduction target for both agricultural and urban sources
 -For a total program of $127,372
- Federal Revenue: $99,863
- In-Kind Match: $27,509
 -No additional general fund contribution is being requested
 -Indirect costs in the amount of $7,722 are eligible for reimbursement under this grant
B. Economic Development
 1. Economic Development Coordinating Committee
 a. Annual Budget for Washtenaw County Convention and Visitors Bureau (WCCVB)
    -Approving the 2017 Budget
-For the Period of January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017
    -In the amount of $6,337,327
-Includes the following revenues:
- Tax Collection - $6,157,102
- Other WCCVB Revenue - $ 180,225
   -The budget will be used to accomplish the goals as defined in the Management Agreement between the County and the WCCVB to carry out the purpose of the ordinance:
- Maintaining two fully staffed offices in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti
- Supporting the Sports Commission
- Creating economic growth by promoting the destination to overnight and day visitors
C. County Administration
 a. Ypsilanti Renaissance Zone
 -Authorizing the submission to the Michigan Strategic Fund of an Application for the establishment of a designated Renaissance Zone
 -For the American Center for Mobility and Willow Run Arsenal of Democracy Landholdings Limited Partnership property within the Charter Township of Ypsilanti
 RECOMMENDATION: Approval at Board
